Saehae Studio is simply the name under which Zaydan Solution LLC operates its art business and offers bespoke wedding and anniversary portrait paintings. 2Our service
We create made-to-order portrait paintings, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas, based on photographs that you supply. These are studio commissions worked from your own images, not live event painting. Each painting is an original, handmade artwork. Because every piece is hand-painted, slight natural variations in brushwork, texture and colour are part of the work and are not defects.
3Commission process
A typical commission runs as follows:
- You request a quote and share your reference photographs and the details of your desired painting.
- We confirm the tier, canvas size, scope and price in UAE Dirham (AED), and issue an order summary or invoice.
- You confirm the commission and pay the full price in advance to reserve your slot and begin work (payment is 100% in advance).
- We prepare the painting and share a digital proof (a photograph of the work in progress or completed piece) for your approval.
- You review the proof and request any revisions allowed under your tier (see section 5).
- Once you approve the proof, we complete the final painting and arrange delivery. As payment is made in full upfront, there is no balance to settle at this stage.
4Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted and payable in UAE Dirham (AED). Our commission tiers start from Intimate (AED 4,500), Signature (AED 8,500) and Grand (AED 15,000), with Bespoke pieces priced on request. The price confirmed in your order summary or invoice is the price that applies to your commission.
Payment is 100% in advance. The full price is paid to confirm and begin your commission, and we begin work once payment is received. Because each piece is bespoke and made to order from your photographs, this payment is non-refundable for a change of mind from the moment we begin work. Approving the proof at a later stage does not change this position. This does not affect your statutory rights under UAE law: if the delivered painting arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the proof you approved, we will repair, replace or remedy it, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5Proof approval and revisions
Because each commission is bespoke and made to order, the work is non-refundable for a change of mind once we begin, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Before a painting is treated as final, we share a digital proof for your approval. This is your opportunity to ask for adjustments within the revision rounds included in your tier:
- Intimate: 1 minor revision included.
- Signature: 2 minor revisions included.
- Grand: 3 minor revisions included.
- Bespoke: revision rounds are agreed in writing as part of your order.
A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the work in progress, for example to colour, tone or a specific detail. Requests that change the agreed subject, composition or canvas size, or that go beyond the included rounds, may be treated as additional work and quoted separately before we proceed.
When you approve the proof, you confirm the painting is correct and may be finalised, and we then complete the final piece. We are not responsible for errors, omissions or preferences that were visible in an approved proof.
Approving the proof does not create a new refund right and does not change the position above: the commission is already non-refundable for a change of mind from the point we begin work. Your statutory rights if the delivered painting is damaged, defective, or materially differs from the approved proof are unaffected, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6Your photographs and content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photographs and materials you send us, and that we may use them to create your commission. You are responsible for ensuring that everyone shown in your photographs is comfortable with a painting being made. Please send the clearest, highest-quality images you can, as the quality of the reference affects the result of a hand-painted portrait.
7Ownership and copyright
When your commission is fully paid, you own the physical painting. The photographs you submit remain yours, and we use them only to create your commission, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Zaydan Solution LLC retains the copyright and reproduction rights in the artwork it creates, and may photograph the finished painting and show it in its portfolio, website and social media as an example of our work. If you would prefer your commission to remain private, please tell us in writing before we begin and we will not publish it. We will not sell your painting or your photographs to third parties.
8Timeline
Hand-painting takes time, and timelines are estimates rather than fixed guarantees. We will give you an indicative timeframe when you commission and will keep you updated. Timelines may be affected by the complexity of the piece, the revision stage, materials, drying times and delivery. Delays caused by late photographs, late approvals or late payment will extend the timeline accordingly.
9Delivery and risk
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Full delivery terms are set out in our Delivery & Shipping page. We take care to pack each painting securely. Risk in the painting passes to you on delivery to you or to the address or representative you nominate. Please inspect your painting on receipt and tell us promptly if anything is wrong (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
10Cancellation and refunds
Because our paintings are made to order from your photographs, specific cancellation and refund terms apply. These are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, if you cancel after paying but before we have started work, a non-refundable amount equal to 30% of your payment applies and we refund the remaining 70%, less any further costs we have reasonably incurred; once work has begun, the commission is non-refundable for a change of mind. Either way, if a painting arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the approved proof, we will repair, replace or otherwise remedy it as required by UAE law.
11Limitation of liability
We take pride in our work and aim to meet a high standard. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability in connection with a commission is limited to the amount you paid us for that commission. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right you have under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its executive regulations, or any other rights that cannot be excluded by law.

13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts of the emirate in which Zaydan Solution LLC is licensed.
14Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your commission is the version that applies to that commission. The current version is always available on this page.
