1Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates. If you are outside the UAE, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know whether we can arrange delivery and on what terms.
2When your painting is dispatched
Delivery is arranged after you have approved the final proof. As payment is made in full in advance, there is no balance to settle at delivery. Each painting also needs adequate drying and curing time before it can be safely packed, which we factor into the schedule.
3Timeframes
Because each piece is hand-painted to order, timeframes are estimates and not fixed guarantees. We will give you an indicative timeline for your commission and for delivery, and we will keep you updated as your piece progresses. Timelines can be affected by the complexity of the work, the revision stage, drying times, the delivery location and the carrier. Delays caused by late photographs, late approvals or late payment will move the timeline accordingly.
4How delivery works
Depending on your location and the size of the piece, we deliver by hand or through a reputable courier or delivery partner. We will agree the delivery method, address and timing with you in advance. Please make sure the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the painting. If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or the address is incorrect, any additional delivery cost may be passed on to you.
5Packaging, handover and risk
We take care to pack each painting securely for transit. Risk in the painting passes to you when it is delivered to you, or to the address or representative you have nominated. Please inspect your painting on receipt. If the packaging or the piece appears damaged, note it at handover where possible, and contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days, at hello@saehaestudio.com or +971 58 968 0480 with photographs, so we can put it right under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6Delivery costs
Whether delivery is included or charged separately depends on your commission and location. Any delivery cost will be confirmed in your order summary or invoice in UAE Dirham (AED) before you pay, so there are no surprises.
